Ceox staff come together for a night of trivia and fun

Part of the Ceox culture is to ensure that our staff get the opportunity to socialise outside the 9-5 so they can relax and unwind while enjoying some fun with the rest of the team. One new initiative is to have a quiz night in the office. A few weeks ago we saw a thrilling display of intellect and camaraderie as staff gathered for the highly anticipated first quiz night hosted by the fantastic quiz master Howard. The night brought together quiz enthusiasts of all ages for an evening filled with brain-teasing challenges and lively competition.

Teams came together to test their knowledge across various categories, including history, science, pop culture, literature, and more. The atmosphere was electric as participants huddled together, strategising and deliberating over each question, determined to emerge victorious.

The quiz catered to all levels of expertise. It's not just about winning; it's about having a good time and sharing laughs with colleagues. As the rounds progressed, tensions mounted, and rivalries intensified. The question that created the most amount of debate was the Jelly Bean round where each team where given a small bag of jelly beans to taste and try and name the flavour. Quickly followed by which artist has had consecutive number 1s.

Cheers erupted as teams correctly answered challenging questions, while groans of frustration filled the air when a particularly tricky query stumped even the most knowledgeable participants. Yet, amidst the competition, the prevailing sentiment was one of camaraderie, with teams bonding over their shared love for trivia and friendly banter.

After a nail-biting finale, the victorious team ‘Malware’ were crowned, basking in the glory of their triumph as they celebrated by receiving an Easter chocolate bunny as their prize. However, for many, the true reward lay in the memories created and the connections forged during the night. Congratulations to the other teams there on the night, but the biggest thanks need to go to Howard for creating such a fantastic fun quiz for all to enjoy. The baton is now handed on to Malware to produce the next set of quiz questions in the Autumn.
