Every project and organisation are unique and at Ceox we offer clients a choice of Delivery models.  Our Agile Development and DevOps focuses on delivering specific outcomes whereas Agile Delivery Teams provides flexible resource-based solutions including technical experts, Agile teams and staff augmentation.

Adding expertise to an Agile delivery team, with a learning culture, helps knowledge sharing and provides a high performing team. Agile Delivery Teams and Squads

We often work alongside in-house Agile delivery or multi-disciplinary DevOps teams. This model supports an inclusive and collaborative approach that facilitates a multi-disciplined Agile, DevOps, user-centric design approach that is Cloud native and automated.  The mixed team approach encourages shared ways of working, tools, processes and standards. It combines Ceox and customer knowledge and capabilities and builds an Agile Delivery and DevOps capability comprising customer in-house team in-house employees and our specialists. The Mixed Team model rapidly establishes a highly effective and scalable capability.

Staff Augmentation

In addition to providing complete multi-disciplinary teams, we can provide individual Advisory or Technical staff on a short or long-term basis to facilitate rapid start-up, fill skills gaps or provide knowledge transfer.

This can include Technical Staff to support specific tasks or technologies or Consultants to support specific initiatives like a strategic plan or GDS Assessment. Staff Augmentation is a good way to broaden an organisations capability by accessing specific skills as and when they’re required.

Working With You

Our Agile Delivery Teams typically work alongside in-house delivery or multi-disciplinary people. For instance, Product Owners or Infrastructure services might be provided by in-house teams with us providing the Agile Delivery Team. This model supports an inclusive and collaborative approach that enables fast delivery and benefits realisation.  The mixed team approach encourages skills transfer and sharing ways of working, tools, processes and standards. It combines Ceox and customer knowledge and capabilities and builds an Agile Delivery and DevOps capability comprising customer in-house team employees and Ceox specialists. The mixed team model rapidly establishes a highly effective and scalable delivery capability.
