At Ceox we start with the needs of the user and in terms of providing Digital Services, that means understanding the needs of the residents.  If it hasn't been done already, we'll conduct User Research and then undertake User Experience Design to create an engaging experience that they will want to use.  

Many organisations don't want to force their customers away from accessing services via a call centre so it's important to ensure that they want to use the digital alternative.  For this reason, we make sure that the user experience meets the needs of the user.

Portals and mobile Apps

Most organisations start their digital service delivery by creating a portal to engage with customers.  The advantage of this approach is that the portal can start small, exposing just a few services and expand to add further services as they're developed.  These portals are also typically developed in a responsive way so that they change their presentation depending on the size of the screen that the user is viewing it on.

Ceox can also help develop mobile applications, either as a Progressive Web App (PWA) which is an extension of the portal or as a separate native application for the main mobile operating systems.
