Robotic Process Automation

Power Automate is Microsoft’s Robotic Process Automation (RPA) tool. It’s designed to create automation workflows from simple to advanced and through infusing AI can remove the need for team members to complete repetitive tasks. Common scenarios include processing and categorising incoming emails, entering data into a tracking application or generating documents from a template. Power Automate provides low-code pre-built templates and can connect to hundreds of different data sources to access business data and can automate population of legacy software using bots and screen scraping.

Insight and Analytics

Power BI helps organisations analyse and visualise their data, connecting to disparate systems and combining data sources to provide visibility. It’s ability to connect to almost any system and join data together to draw conclusions magnifies the value of an organisation’s data.
