Ceox Tribunal & Appeals Management enables organisations to effectively and efficiently administer tribunals and appeals. The solution is built on Microsoft Dynamics 365 providing case management functionality in a user interface which is familiar to anyone who has used Office 365.

The system provides a workflow which can be configured to the way your organisation works. For organisations that require, an external portal is available for submissions and publication of case details. Where case decisions are required to be published, a separate site provides a searchable list. The system is responsive and can be accessed on a range of devices so that tablets can be used in tribunals rather than physical paper. The system ensures that the correct information is reliably delivered on time for every tribunal, saving effort and enabling organisations to be more productive.

Meet Legislative Requirements

The system ensures organisations meet their legislative requirements. Data and documents are stored in a GDPR compliant repository with configurable data retention policies which delete personal information after a set period. The system provides the ability to generate legislative compliant notices and documents and send these out via email. Managers can keep on top of KPIs with easy visibility of milestones and deadlines. The system also provides a full audit trail showing who has accessed which records, what changes have been made, by whom and on what time and date. By linking to an organisation’s Active Directory, the system provides a single sign-on experience with granular permissions by team, role and individual. The structured way of working helps minimise mistakes and ensure the right papers and information are sent to every tribunal.

Member Portal

Our Members Portal takes a lot of the hard work out of engaging with Members. The system publishes a list of tribunals in advance to each member, filtered by location and knowledge if required. Each member then selects the tribunals they’re interested in sitting on before a team member selects the member who will sit at the Tribunal.

The Members Portal enables Members to update their own personal information to ensure it’s always up to date and relevant. The portal provides an up to date list of all the tribunals a member is going to be sitting on. As the date of the tribunal approaches the member can access papers and court bundles all through the portal.
