Customer Story: Housing Association

A major London Housing Association engaged Ceox to develop a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Repair Management portal that integrated with other Dynamics 365 customer service systems. Ceox undertook analysis across the Customer Service function and designed a Dynamics 365 based solution to incorporate: consistent processes, a common customer service platform, reporting tools and Integration with third-party systems.

The Ceox team worked in an Agile development environment to develop and deliver the repair management functionality utilising Dynamics 365 alongside Microsoft Azure.

Customer Story: Housing Association

A large Housing Association was moving offices and needed an engaging application targeted at mobile devices to help their staff with the new office. Ceox was able to rapidly deploy a Power App onto their existing Office 365 infrastructure which accessed information in SharePoint folders and lists. This enabled the move team to update the App content in their browser and by dragging and dropping documents.

The application built on the rapid development capability of the Power Platform and delivered a great employee engagement application in days.
