Gavin Harte
Technology
Gavin founded Ceox in January 2018 after identifying the need for a niche, agile company with the capability to deliver technology solutions cost effectively, were easy to deal and were able to support organisations deliver cutting edge services.
Previously Technology Director at Civica Digital and Chief Technology Officer at Microsoft Gold Partner SFW Ltd, Gavin brings significant breadth and depth of experience in delivering innovative solutions and services for public and private sector organisations utilising market leading Microsoft, cloud-based technologies.
Gavin now spearheads the development of Ceox technical solutions and services to support organisations with their Digital Transformations, combining engaging online experiences with operational excellence.
Gavin lives in Dorking with his wife and 2 children and enjoys mountain biking, particularly the downhill bit, in the Surrey Hills.
Christian Oliver
Operations
Christian joined Ceox in January 2020 to head up the delivery of client delivery. Christian brings a wealth of experience of delivery management for Agile DevOps and an in-depth knowledge of the Microsoft technology stack including Dynamics 365, Office 365 and Azure. Christian has worked across government, defence and arm's length bodies delivering successful projects.
Previously Customer Engagement Practice Lead at SFW, Christian is an Agile advocate and is ITIL Service Management certified. He has developed Ceox’s best practice to ensure customer satisfaction across all Ceox engagements from discovery and development to managed services.
Christian will focus on the effective management of Ceox team’s responsible for the delivery of Ceox’s high-value digital services to customers as they accelerate their digital transformation.
Christian lives in Bagshot with his wife, twin daughters and son and enjoys getting out on his road bike at the weekend.
Craig Wilson
Corporate
Craig joined Ceox from Civica Digital in April 2019 to lead the development of the Ceox corporate strategy and team.
Craig brings significant breadth and depth of experience in business leadership and has an in-depth knowledge of IT and consultancy services for UK public sector. Craig’s previous roles include Managing Director at AMTEC Consulting and, following the acquisition of AMTEC by Keane/NTT Data, Vice President EMEA public sector at NTT Data.
With Ceox’s continued expansion Craig now leads the development of Ceox’s strategy and the expansion of our corporate functions.
Craig lives near Cranleigh with his wife and 3 children A keen road cyclist he spends most weekends searching for quiet roads.
