Ceox continues digital transformation offerings on UK Government Digital Outcomes and Specialists (DOS) Framework

On 1st October Crown Commercial Services launched the latest iteration of Digital Outcomes and Specialists. The DOS 4 procurement Framework is the 6th iteration of the Digital Service Framework and it enables public sector organisations to identify and select suppliers that can support them through the discovery, design, deliver phases of their software development or digital transformation projects.

Ceox IT Services, already a supplier on DOS 3, has maintained its service offerings under the latest DOS iteration. The DOS 4 Framework  sits alongside the G-Cloud 11 Framework on the CCS’s Digital Marketplace and provides a platform to enable public sector organisations access to suppliers that can assist in providing Cloud-based products, Agile project delivery and DevOps ways of working.

DOS 4 is a dynamic style framework that will run until 30th September 2020 and includes 3,475 suppliers of whom 94% are SMEs.  The Framework includes 4 Lots or categories.  Ceox focuses on Lots 1 and 2 covering Digital Outcomes and Digital Specialists.  With DOS 4, Ceox will continue to provide its range of services to include key customer facing and back office digital capabilities utilising its in-depth knowledge of Dynamics 365, Office 365 and Citizen Services. Ceox can provide individuals and teams across all phases of a project from discovery to live so ensuring that projects develop user-centric services, deliver value faster and ensure the benefits of any investment in digital capability are realised.

The highly successful procurement framework has been used by government departments, agencies and public bodies to procure £1.5 Billion of digital transformation related services. Gavin Harte, Director at Ceox, said, “The DOS Framework is a key framework for Ceox.  It has enabled us to support a number of our core public sector clients with Agile development capability. Our projects range from augmenting an in-house team with an individual with niche skills or experience or taking full responsibility for a digital outcome across during discovery, alpha, beta and live phases”.

CCS has stated that 32% of spend has been with SMEs and more than £200 million spent with micro-SMEs.  Ceox welcomes the Digital Marketplace Frameworks as it reduces the cost of access to the public sector marketplace.  Gavin Harte noted, “DOS enables public sector organisations to gain visibility of a wide range of suppliers and provides Ceox with channels to market.  We are often competing against larger suppliers but with many of the current Digital Transformation projects being developed in an Agile environment we have found that many organisations like our responsive, open and committed approach”.

Ceox specialise in helping organisations move to delivering services digitally.  They ensure an engaging online experience available 24x7 as well as an optimised back office to provide operational excellence.  As a Microsoft Partner since inception Ceox are experts in providing and supporting Dynamics 365, Office 365 and Microsoft AI solutions utilising Agile development methodologies and DevOps ways of working.  To find out more about our Agile and DevOps capabilities  click here .
