Ceox extends range of products on G-Cloud 14
Ceox’s latest G-Cloud 14 offerings include new Power Platform, Intelligent Automation and Digital Transformation services
Ceox has just seen its latest G-Cloud service offerings launched on the Digital Marketplace.
This is the 14th iteration of G-Cloud and it is a key tool for our public sector customers to browse, assess and procure Ceox services across the 3 categories of software, hosting and support.
G-Cloud is the most widely used public-sector IT services procurement channel due to its familiarity, ease of use and range of service offerings. Each iteration of G-Cloud sees suppliers refine their Public Sector offerings. Our CEO Gavin Harte stated “Feedback from our customers is that G-Cloud is easy to use and saves time as buyers can search and browse for different suppliers, technologies and solutions that have the specific capabilities they need”.
The 60 services Ceox successfully submitted fit into 2 categories:
Software – over 30 client-focussed solutions with specific ‘product features’. In G-Cloud 14 we have added many new Power Apps offerings for organisations looking for point solutions to common needs.
Support – provides services to support the delivery, implementation and running of Software Services.
For G-Cloud 14 we have further evolved our service offerings to reflect user needs and the capabilities and features of the Microsoft Business Applications suite.

Still a core component in our listed services are the Case Management, Correspondence Management and Customer Service solutions. Based on some of the core, out of the box case management features of Dynamics 365 we have a range of solutions to support Correspondence Management functions, Case Workers, Appeals and Tribunals, Customer Service Teams and Omni-channel service delivery. These offerings now include rich and deep functionality with the availability of Power Platform features. Power Automate and Generative AI deliver Intelligent Automation, Power Apps and Power Pages provide the ability to rapidly develop supporting responsive Apps and portals and Power BI enables improved business insight and analytics through flexible dashboards and reports.
