The G-Cloud 14 framework, effective from October 2024 to April 2026, streamlines procurement for cloud solutions, replacing G-Cloud 13. This framework allows public sector organsiations to pay only for what they use, ensuring quick access to the latest technology and enhancing flexibility during their transition to cloud services while reducing overall ownership costs.

The Back Office Software 2 (BoS2) framework streamlines public sector procurement by offering a comprehensive range of Software as a Service (SaaS) solutions for back office applications. Live from February 2025 to August 2027, this framework features a user-friendly structure with two lots, ensuring a simplified procurement process. Public sector organisations can access specialised software solutions with the flexibility of cloud, on-premise, or hybrid deployments. The framework prioritises SMEs, enhancing competition, VfM and customisable contracting terms.
Artificial Intelligence

The Artificial Intelligence (AI) framework provides a Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) for public sector organisations to access a range of AI services, including discovery, implementation, and support. It caters to varying levels of AI familiarity, offering services from initial consultations to advanced licensing and customisation. Key technologies available include machine learning, intelligent assistants, and Generative AI including ChatGPT. Contracts can span up to four years and the framework aims to facilitate the integration of Intelligent Automation and AI technologies across various public sector entities.

The Digital Outcomes 6 framework, effective from June 2022 to the end of 2025, is designed to revolutionise how public sector organisations procure digital services. This sixth iteration focusses on agile design and development of bespoke digital products. It includes three distinct lots: Digital Outcomes, User Research Studios, and User Research Participants. With no cap on individual call-off contract values, organisations can competitively select suppliers tailored to their needs, all while fostering innovation through collaboration with SMEs.
Automation Marketplace DPS

The Automation Marketplace Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) provides public sector with access to intelligent automation services and solutions. It facilitates the procurement of automation technologies, consultancy, training, and software licenses to enhance operational efficiency. Key features include comprehensive services, accessibility for suppliers (including SMEs), a dynamic filtering system for identifying eligible suppliers, and innovation support for introducing new services. The DPS is available to all public sector buyers and enables organisations to access the extensive of the Ceox Intelligent Automation Practice.
