Financial Year 2019-2020 Results - Ceox posts record growth

In the financial year ending 31st March 2020, privately owned Ceox have posted considerable growth in both revenue and profit.  Ceox have grown organically, and during the 2019/2020 Financial Year has strengthened the senior leadership and continued to develop the capabilities of the delivery team (Job opportunities at Ceox).

With an approach focussed on being responsive to customer needs and delivering value for money Ceox have significantly  increased its footprint across its client base.  Revenue has tripled since the last financial year and is now over £2 million across a range of clients in both public and housing sectors.

Gavin Harte, our Technology Director had this to say:

‘It has been satisfying to see how we have grown revenues with our existing client base. We initially focused on delivering solutions with Dynamics 365 and Microsoft 365.  We then worked closely with clients on realising the benefit from their investment and in a number of cases we have utilised Microsoft’s Power Platform to take these solutions to the next level. With these extended engagements we have often surpassed clients expectations.’

New logo customers in defence, health, housing and regulation have been added in the past year. These new revenue streams have been largely built on Ceox’s expertise in utilising Dynamics as a platform for Case, Tribunals, Correspondence and Enquiry Management. Gavin Harte explained, ‘From inception we have specialised in Dynamics 365 which is definitely a growth technology. We’ve been able to capitalise on that and have combined this specialist expertise with our in-depth knowledge of case, correspondence and enquiry management. We have developed accelerators for organisations that deal with tribunals, cases and public enquiries such as correspondence, FOI, GDPR and parliamentary questions. The success of this approach with a proven, secure and flexible platform and feature rich accelerators has been demonstrated through Ceox winning several new project delivery and managed service contracts.”

With excellent forward orders for the 2020/2021 Financial Year, Ceox are well positioned with a  range of services available through Government Frameworks including G-Cloud and Digital Outcomes and Specialists.  Looking ahead Ceox is focussed on building its reputation for Digital Transformation, Dynamics 365 and Power Platform, developing its delivery team (Job opportunities at Ceox) and improving its footprint across the public and housing sectors.
