Over the past few months, Ceox has undergone changes! After some preparation and hard work, we have moved to our new office space.

When we spoke to our people about what they wanted in an office it was clear that we were looking for a space that supported the new post-pandemic ways of working. We were looking to balance the team’s desire to continue to work from home but balance that with the benefits of regular contact with Ceox colleagues and face-to-face project team working.

With the hybrid working place model in mind we then worked to identify a location that would be a work destination that people wanted to come to and would enjoy. So you can now find us at Broadford House, in Shalford near to Guildford, offering us a much better working environment.

Our new office gives us a much better workspace. Broadford House backs onto the River Tillingbourne and the River Wey, both of which meet in Shalford. Providing beautiful surroundings for our staff to enjoy on their breaks. Internally we have bright and airy offices with hot desks, quiet spaces, break-out zones, meeting rooms and indoor and outdoor seating for lunch breaks creating a workplace where staff can work collaboratively on projects as well as areas to be more informal and breakout into.

In addition to the new post-pandemic ways of working, one of the biggest decision-making factors to move was our growing team, meaning we needed more space for desks, meeting areas and common areas. We continue to add to our team and we’re constantly growing as a company.

The office vibe is fun and yet professional as and we are settling in nicely and adding details day by day, there are still some small things to do to make here a great place, but we are incredibly excited to be in the new space.

But more important than our office is our people who make Ceox a joy to work at. We’ve got a great team of individuals full of technological know-how in the Microsoft environments that we enjoy sharing with you. We welcome all our clients to come and visit us in our new surroundings and to come to meet the team.
