Ceox achieves 20% growth with public sector Power Platform and Intelligent Automation projects
In the financial year ending March 31, 2024, privately-owned Ceox achieved 20% increase in turnover. The growth in revenue from Dynamics 365, Power Platform and Intelligent Automation projects was based on continuing relationships with key government clients and the addition of several new public sector organisations to our client list.
During 2023 Ceox grew its UK based team and added several key staff to lead Practices in its specialist areas of Dynamics 365, Power Platform, and Intelligent Automation. Ceox also transitioned to Microsoft’s new Partnership programme achieving Solutions Partner status in Business Applications, Digital & App Innovation and Data & AI. Our ongoing partner status ensures we have the inside track on Microsoft’s innovative technology including access to the Next Generation OpenAI tools. The continued development of the Ceox team and capabilities has been instrumental in extending our footprint in existing clients and developing opportunities across new clients.
Gavin Harte, CEO at Ceox, commented:
"It has been satisfying to see how we have grown revenues with our existing client base. The foundations of our services with many long standing clients has been based on Dynamics 365 solutions such as Case Management, Correspondence Management or other line of business applications. With the capabilities of Microsoft’s Power Platform and Intelligent Automation we have been able to add enhanced functionality to streamline processes, improve service delivery to citizens and deliver automation based efficiencies for internal teams."
In the past year, Ceox has also secured new clients including Government Departments who have engaged Ceox’s Intelligent Automation and Power Platform Practices.
The IA Practice has IA accelerators which can be customised to deliver intelligent automation such as unattended processing of incoming enquiries. With one customer receiving up to 80,000 enquiries a month our IA Practice has been able to deliver efficiency savings with a solution that utilises NextGen AI to rapidly process 85% of their enquiries with a success rate of 93%.
Ceox is well-positioned for the future with a strong order book and range of services and solutions available through Government Frameworks, including G-Cloud, Digital Outcomes and Specialists and Systems Design and Implementation Services (SDIS).
