Ceox extends Framework coverage with Digital Outcomes & Specialists (DOS 7) Award

Ceox is delighted to extend our range of public sector frameworks with the award of the Digital Outcomes & Specialists 7 (DOS7) Framework. DOS7 supports agile, user‑centred delivery of digital services and solutions for public sector organisations across the full service lifecycle.

With the addition of DOS 7 (RM1043.9) to Ceox’s existing range of Government Commercial Agency (GCA) national frameworks we are well positioned to enable customers across any public sector organisation including Departments, Agencies, NDPBs, Devolved Government, Defence, Local Authority, Health, Education and Emergency Services to implement or improve digital services.

Over the past 18 months, with Ceox’s success and revenue growth exceeding 90%, our digital services based on Microsoft Business Applications and their Agentic AI capabilities Ceox have delivered solutions that have improved citizen experience  and driven efficiencies across public sector teams.

Gavin Harte, Ceox CEO stated, “With the advent of Agentic AI, the software services sector is undergoing significant change. DOS 7, alongside our existing portfolio of Frameworks means Ceox is well positioned to support organisations with a rapidly evolving range of capabilities covering new emerging Agentic AI centric delivery services covering Advisory Technology Consulting and Discovery, Software Development and AI Agent Orchestration through to Support for a range of line of business applications, Citizen facing services and realising AI opportunities”.

DOS 7 is effective from January 2026 through to January 2032. The latest iteration modernises how public sector organisations procure digital, data and technology services.  Administered by the Government Commercial Agency (GCA – formerly Crown Commercial Service – the single, integrated commercial function for government) the framework is structured into four distinct lots: Digital Outcomes, Digital Capability & Delivery Partners, Digital Specialists, and User Research Studios & Participants. With flexible, outcome‑based call‑off contracts and no maximum contract value, public sector organisations can select suppliers best suited to their needs while encouraging innovation, collaboration and strong SME participation.
