Ceox Awarded DHSC Contract to Develop RPA to Help Respond to Public Enquiries
We’re happy to announce we have been awarded a contract to develop a robotic process automation (RPA) tool for the Department of Health and Social Care (DHSC). The RPA tooling will support DHSC staff in quickly and efficiently sorting and categorising incoming public queries and correspondence.
The current Covid-19 pandemic combined with increasing customer expectations of public services have led to a growing recognition of the role that RPA can play in helping public sector organisations to respond quickly and effectively to an increasing number of public enquiries.
DHSC identified the need to develop RPA extensions to their core business Dynamics 365 applications including the in-house Scribe software for handling queries and parliamentary questions. The contract, awarded this week, will see us develop the capability to capture multi-channel queries and deliver RPA extensions that can integrate with the DHSC Scribe software and Microsoft’s Power Platform. Ceox will deliver RPA tools to support DHSC staff in responding effectively and efficiently to queries and parliamentary questions.
